Listed Companies Association Pakistan is a public limited company (limited by guarantee and not having share capital). We operate as a non-profit association established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017.

Our registered office is located at The Exchange Hub, LSE Plaza, Kashmir Egerton Road in Lahore, Punjab.

We were officially granted our licence by the SECP on June 3, 2026

Incorporation

Following SECP approval, the Association was incorporated on July 3, 2026.

Aims and Objectives

Our primary objectives, as defined in our Memorandum of Association, are dedicated to strengthening Pakistan’s corporate sector:

  • Market Growth & Fund-Raising: To promote the advantages of capital market listing and fund-raising for both established entities and emerging SMEs/startups.
  • Advocacy & Policy Reform: To facilitate dialogue, understanding, and advocating for policy reforms, while providing feedback on emerging standards. We also actively promote cross-border investment and the overall visibility of the Pakistani capital market.
  • Corporate Governance & ESG: To promote excellence in corporate governance, transparency, and ethical conduct in listed companies. We focus heavily on implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and Shariah compliance. We are also dedicated to fostering inclusive work environments to ensure gender parity and responsible business practices that support the national economy.
  • Research & Professional Development: To serve as a hub for research, training, and professional development. We achieve this by providing market analysis, hosting specialized conferences and workshops, and delivering capacity-building programs for directors and executives to enhance overall competency and innovation within the listed sector.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: To provide a unified platform that facilitates networking, knowledge sharing, and strategic partnerships among member companies, fostering a collaborative ecosystem designed to drive innovation and establish supportive mechanisms.
